The website itself does not collect personal data through registration. When you contact us by email or complete the enquiry form, we process the following data you provide:

• –the content of your message

The heating calculator runs entirely in your browser — the values you enter are not sent anywhere.

3. Advertising and marketing

When you sign up for our updates or express interest in our services via the enquiry form on this website or a form on social media, we collect the following data:

• –your answers

We use this data solely for the purpose for which you provided it — that is, to send quotes, news or information about our services. We do not use it for other purposes and we do not sell it.

The enquiry form on this page is technically provided by Growform. The data you enter into the form is sent to Growform's servers, which processes it on our behalf as a data processor (see section 6).

We collect and process data for the following purposes:

• –preparing quotes and presenting our services
• –communicating with prospective customers

5. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of:

Data may be processed by contractual partners that enable the website to operate:

• –enquiry form provider (Growform) — receives the data you enter into the form
• –Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — receives data about your visit, but **only if** you consent to marketing cookies (see section 10)

These providers may also process data on servers outside the European Union, primarily in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.

The company does not sell personal data to third parties.

10. Cookies

Visiting the website sets no tracking or advertising cookies at all. They are loaded only if you choose «Accept» in the banner — until then, and if you decline, the tracking code is never loaded. Your choice is stored locally in your browser only and is not shared with anyone.

Meta Pixel: Once you consent, we load Meta's tracking code (Facebook, Instagram). It sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies and tells Meta which pages you visited, along with your IP address and browser details. We use this to measure how our ads perform and to show ads to visitors of this site. More: Meta cookie policy.

The enquiry form (Growform) reads any existing analytics and advertising cookies when it loads (e.g. _ga, _fbp, _fbc, _gcl_aw, _ttp) and transmits the corresponding campaign identifiers along with the form submission. If those cookies are not present in your browser, nothing is transmitted.

Withdrawal: You can withdraw your consent at any time — the button below reopens the banner, and cookies already set can be removed in your browser settings.

The hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) may log technical data such as IP addresses and requests as part of normal server operation. More information: Vercel privacy policy.
