The website itself does not collect personal data through registration. When you contact us by email or complete the enquiry form, we process the following data you provide:

• –telephone number (if you provide one)
• –the content of your message

The heating calculator runs entirely in your browser — the values you enter are not sent anywhere.

3. Advertising and marketing

When you sign up for our updates or express interest in our services via the enquiry form on this website or a form on social media, we collect the following data:

• –telephone number (if you provide one)
• –your answers

We use this data solely for the purpose for which you provided it — that is, to send quotes, news or information about our services. We do not use it for other purposes and we do not sell it.

The enquiry form on this page is technically provided by Growform. The data you enter into the form is sent to Growform's servers, which processes it on our behalf as a data processor (see section 6).

10. Cookies

The website does not itself set any tracking or advertising cookies. The enquiry form (Growform) does, however, read any existing analytics and advertising cookies when it loads (e.g. _ga, _fbp, _fbc, _gcl_aw, _ttp) and transmits the corresponding campaign identifiers along with the form submission. If those cookies are not present in your browser, nothing is transmitted.

The hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) may log technical data such as IP addresses and requests as part of normal server operation. More information: Vercel privacy policy.

The company reserves the right to amend this privacy policy. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
